岗位职责
1、根据招聘需求，与用人部门明确岗位条件，实施人才筛选和初步沟通，分析调整招聘方向，管理用人部门招聘预期；
2、负责公司岗位说明书管理；
3、协助公司职能职责体系梳理、能力模型搭建；
4、负责入职、转正、异动、考勤等；
5、负责公司社保公积金业务；
6、配合员工沟通相关工作；
7、完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职资格
1、大学本科学历及以上学历；
2、3年及以上员工关系、招聘、社保业务经验，熟悉当地政策制度优先；
3、具备良好沟通和洞察能力，保持主动学习；
4、熟悉国家劳动法；
5、英语可作为工作语言。

Job Description
1. According to the recruitment needs, clarify the job conditions with the employing department, implement talent screening and preliminary communication, analyze and adjust the recruitment direction, and manage the recruitment expectations of the employing department.
2. Responsible for the update and management of the company's job description.
3. Assist in sorting out the company's functional responsibility system and building the ability model.
4. Responsible for entry, probation, change, promotion and other formalities.
5. Responsible for the company's social insurance provident fund business.
6. Cooperate with employees to communicate related work.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. At least 3 years of experience in employee relations, recruitment, and social insurance business, familiar with local policies and systems is preferred.
3. Have good communication and insight skills, and maintain active learning.
4. Familiar with national labor laws.
5. English can be used as a working language.
