2）会电脑基本操作，会看图纸，理解模具结构；
3) 精通基本加工，如车、铣、磨 ，会CNC、EDM、WE 等更佳；
4）可以独立修模与统筹安排新模的制作；
5）可独立出具修模报告；
6）头脑灵活，语言表达清晰，具有新事物的学习能力；
7）性格沉稳，具有抗压力与高度的责任心；
8）做事认真，具有逻辑性与条理性；
9）服从公司加班需求，具有解决问题的能力；
10）中技以上学历，或同等以上学历；
